For the 8 September 2015 Drupal Brisbane Meetup, I decided to give a talk not entirely related to Drupal. It was about Project Estimation - so I guess it's somewhat related.
Anyways, thought I should share the presentation with both my blog readers. See below for the Powerpoint.
Shout out to Steve McConnell and his book "Software Estimation: Demystifying the Black Art", which although from 2006 is still well relevant. I learnt a lot from that book and it would be disingenuous not to credit him with the basis of my understanding of the topic.
